Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is added to your order after taxes, based on your location. You have the option of 3-day or regular ground shipping. We do not offer any other options.
Please note: items still take 3-5 business days to process before they ship. Therefore, 3-day shipping does NOT get your item to you in 3 days.  Add those 3 days to order processing time. Due to the fact that unforeseen circumstances can delay orders (weather conditions, power outages, etc.) we ask that you pleace your order at least 3 weeks before your event to be safe. We are not responsible if a shipment does not arrive in time for your event.

We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses, and we do not ship outside the 48 continental US states. We're sorry but we cannot ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, or the Virgin Islands.

Privacy & Security
We provide our name, address, and phone number to our vendors in order to place an order on your behalf. This is the only way we use your information. We will not sell or give your information to anyone other than the credit card processing company (PayPal,) or our wedding supply vendors who ship your merchandise from their warehouse. We are not responsible for what said vendors do with your information. 
Returns & Replacements
All sales are final. We will replace factory defects if you contact us within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Replacements will not be expedited so please allow enough time before your event.

Your order is important to us. If you are having difficulty with your order, please contact us so we can help! Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card through PayPal. When PayPal processes your payment, they do NOT provide your credit card information to us. All prices on site are subject to change without notice. Vendors may change pricing, which forces us to do the same. Some vendors require that we charge a minimum retail markup, and some do not. That is why you may find some items on our site that are rock-bottom pricing, and others that are identical to our competitors.We try to beat the competition as much as we can. Please contact us if you've seen a lower price and we will try to beat it!
Viewing Orders
If you sign up for a FREE account at checkout, you will be able to log back in later to view your order and see tracking information. Without creating this account, you will not be able to see your order again.
Updating Account Information
Once you place an order, you cannot change the billing or shipping address that you used. Please contact us immediately if something has changed. If items have already shipped, we will not be able to make changes.
